  1. What is your return policy? We can’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at sales@goodgroundorigins.com within one week of receiving your order. We’re happy to help you find something you’ll love.                                                                                                      Email your order number, name, the reason for return, and the item and quantity you wish to return to sales@goodgroundorigins.com. We will contact you with information on how your return will be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the price of shipping.                                                                                                                                                    
  2. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries! Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes and/or duties on packages delivered to you. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; G.G.Origins has no control over these charges, nor can G.G.Origins predict what they may be.                                                                                                                    
  3. Where is my coffee roasted? We roast all coffee at our roastery in Longwood, FL.                                                                                                                                                                  
  4. How long until I get my delivery? Allow us 24 – 48 hours to get your order out the door! We roast coffee every weekday to order. Our system is setup to get the freshest coffee shipped to "you'' our customers as soon as possible.
    We ship via United States Postal Service. Domestic orders typically arrive in 1-7 business days after shipment, depending on the distance from our warehouse in Longwood, FL. We will send you a notification and tracking information when your order has shipped.                                                     
    We are not responsible, liable, or obligated to reship or refund the cost of any packages that are mis-delivered, stolen or Returned-to-Sender. Upon receipt of a returned package, we will contact the customer to determine the reason for the return. We can then reship the package, provided new shipping charges incurred are paid for in full by the customer.                      
  5. Can I change or cancel my order? We strive to provide excellent customer service! If in the event of need to cancel or change an order reach out to us at sales@goodgroundorigins.com and our team will assist you further. Short answer "Yes"!
